Anytime Peel DTF Application Guide

Our Anytime Peel DTF Transfers are designed for flexibility, speed, and consistent results. Unlike traditional transfers that require a specific peeling temperature, our transfers can be peeled hot, warm, or cold — whatever works best for your production workflow.

For best results, follow the recommended settings below.

How to Apply Anytime Peel DTF Transfers

1. Set Your Heat Press
   Adjust the temperature based on the fabric type using the recommended settings below. Use medium pressure.
2. Pre-Press the Garment
   Pre-press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles and create a smooth surface for application.
3. Position the Transfer
   Place the DTF transfer in the desired position with the printed side facing the garment.
4. Press the Transfer
   Press for approximately 8–12 seconds using medium pressure.
5. Peel Anytime — Hot, Warm, or Cold
   Peel the carrier film hot, warm, or after it has completely cooled. Choose whichever method works best for your workflow.
6. Post-Press
   Cover the design with parchment paper or a finishing sheet and press again for 3–5 seconds. This helps improve adhesion, durability, and the final finish.

Recommended Heat Press Settings

Note: Heat presses and fabrics can vary. We recommend testing a small area first, especially on heat-sensitive or specialty garments.

Works Great On

Our Anytime Peel DTF Transfers work well on a wide variety of materials, including cotton, polyester, cotton/poly blends, tri-blends, denim, canvas, and many other compatible fabrics.

For heat-sensitive or specialty materials, always test before full production.
