Hot Peel DTF Application Guide
Hot Peel transfers are quick and easy to use, designed for those who want fast production without sacrificing quality.
This method allows you to peel the film right after pressing, resulting in a vibrant, smooth, and long-lasting finish on a wide variety of fabrics.
How to Apply Hot Peel DTF Transfers
Follow these simple steps for the best results:
-
Set your heat press
Adjust the temperature and timer based on your fabric type (see chart below).
Use medium pressure (about 60 lbs.). -
Place your garment
Lay it flat on the heat press, making sure there are no wrinkles or moisture. -
Position the transfer
Place your DTF film where you want the design.
Tip: To protect the garment and film from too much heat, cover with Teflon or parchment paper. -
Press for 3–8 seconds
-
Peel immediately
Remove the garment and peel the film right away — ideally within 5 seconds while it’s still hot. -
Post-press
Press again for 3–5 seconds to improve adhesion and make the print last longer.

Top tier.
The quality of these DTF transfers is exceptional. The prints are remarkably vivid, and the peel process is incredibly smooth with zero issues. After comparing several companies, the pricing here is the most competitive I’ve found in California. Excellent service from a truly caring staff. I highly recommended anyone needing reliable, high-volume results to give them a try!!!!
I have a DTF printer myself. Same size as this one. But mine cannot print such crisp and clear gang sheets as his do. I’ve basically been sending him all my prints and selling them this way.
Excellent quality, fast service
